Description
Please enjoy my very own enterpertation of Inuyasha and Kagome's children ^-^These coincide with the fanfiction I am currently writing described in my other picture, Inuyasha and Kagome: Fighting Tears. Link to to the story can be found here:
Hiten: the oldest on the right. He is fifteen here and is currently training in the art of swordsmanship. Even though he shares more of the physical aspects of his mother, he still shares Inuyasha's demon blood which makes him very quick and very keen to other senses around him. He likes to stick to himself most of the time, and because of travelling back and forth between the feudal era and Kagome's era in the present, he is very knowledgeable of the world around him and has read many books that in his time hasn't even been written yet. He remembers more of his moth er than his sister, and was naturally very close to her. He doesn't like to show what an impact her "death" had on him.
Kaoru: the younger sibling at 12 on the left. Kagome was pronounced dead after giving birth to Kaoru, so she never met Kagome. However because of mysterious spiritual power, she often dreams of her mother and is said to have "visions" of her. Despite that connection, she more resembles her father: with having Inuyasha's ears and more prominent demonic features besides her hair color. She has loads of energy and unlike Hiten doesn't like to read or participate in anything that has to do with studies. During their visits to the present she mainly likes to endulge in all the sweets and different foods, and watch television and play with her Uncle Sota. She, too, is very fast and is a decent fighter, Inuyasha would just rather she focus on her miko training with Kaede in the village than fight as Kagome did. But both children pay a special part in finding out the secrets behind their mother's death.

Let me just say, thank you for 1.) making the first born a boy and 2.) giving him human ears! Not that there's anything wrong with the first born being a girl or having dog ears, of course, it's just soooo overwhelmingly common. XD And they both have black hair, too! Also a less common trait. Woot! ^^
But wow, Kagome dies? : O I suppose that's fairly believable, given the time period, but still sad.
